Tend the Soil Publishing LLC collects only what we need to deliver your purchase, run your Atlas account, and stay in touch. We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, and any details you enter at checkout
• Purchase details: what you bought, when, and your subscription status
• Payment information, which our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) handle directly. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your Atlas login and basic account activity
• Email activity, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, including your Start My 30 Days click
• Information about how you use our pages, collected through Google Analytics and cookies

How we use it

• To deliver your downloads, bonuses, and emails
• To give you Atlas access and manage renewals, reminders, and cancellations
• To answer support requests
• To send updates about Homeschool Rescue and other Tend the Soil Publishing resources. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers who help us run the business: GoHighLevel (our checkout, email, and customer system), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Base44 (the platform that runs the Atlas), and Google Analytics (website traffic). They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your filled-in worksheets stay with you. The Workbook and the Caregiver + Multi-Child Day Plan are files on your own device. We don't receive what you type into them.

Children. Our products are for parents and guardians. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Keeping and deleting your information. We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for records, taxes, and legal requirements. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Changes. If we update this policy, we'll post the new version with its effective date.
