Terms of Purchase and Use

These terms apply when you buy Homeschool Rescue or the Homeschool Law Atlas from Tend the Soil Publishing LLC ("Tend the Soil Publishing," "we," "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying. The Homeschool Rescue Complete System includes the Core System Guide, the Action Workbook & Tool Pack, and the first year of Homeschool Law Atlas access. Three bonuses are included only with a Complete System purchase made through our checkout: the 30-Day Guided Start, the Caregiver + Multi-Child Day Plan, and "What Do I Do If…?" Bonuses aren't sold separately or added to other purchases later. The Homeschool Law Atlas is also sold on its own as a yearly subscription.

2. Delivery. Downloadable products are delivered electronically by email and on your confirmation page after payment. The 30-Day Guided Start emails begin when you click Start My 30 Days. If a download link doesn't work, email [email protected] and we'll get you a working copy.

3. Your license. You may download, print, and use the materials within your own household, including printing extra worksheet copies for each child in your household. You may not resell, share, or distribute the files or printed copies outside your household. You may not post them online or to a shared drive or group. You may not use them in a co-op, classroom, school, or business without a separate license. All content remains the property of Tend the Soil Publishing.

4. Atlas accounts. Atlas access is one account per household, tied to the email address used at purchase. Don't share your login outside your household. We may suspend access that is shared or used in violation of these terms.

5. Prices and renewals. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Atlas renewal terms are in the Atlas Access and Renewal Terms, which are part of these terms.

6. Refunds. All sales of digital products and subscriptions are final. See the Refund Policy.

7. Educational information only. Homeschool Rescue and the Homeschool Law Atlas provide general educational information, not legal advice. See the Educational Disclaimer. You're responsible for confirming every requirement with your state's official sources before you act.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tend the Soil Publishing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the materials or the Atlas. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes. We may update the products, the Atlas, and these terms. The terms in effect when you buy apply to that purchase. Changes to renewal pricing never affect a locked rate described in the Atlas Access and Renewal Terms.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Coweta County, Georgia.
